Today would have been Elvis Presley’s 75th birthday. From humble beginnings he went on to be named the King of Rock and one of the most influential pop culture figures of the 20th century.

Most of us are somewhat familiar with his famous years. But how well do you know your young Elvis trivia?

He was born in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Elvis had an identical twin brother, Jesse Garon Presley. Born 35 minutes before Elvis, sadly he was stillborn.
At age 11 he received his first guitar. Elvis wanted a bicycle.
Elvis purchased Graceland in 1957 for approximately $100,000.
Priscilla Beaulieu, who later became his wife, lived at Graceland for 5 years before they were married.
