Nature vs. Nurture:

Some women just have “it.”  I suspect a certain fashionista-friend of mine probably uttered Chanel as her first word.

Although her style has evolved through the years, she’s never blended in with the masses.  She has always been something special…

So when I ran across the following pics, I was immediately reminded of my friend.  The girl in the photos below is only 15 years old;  but I think her style is extraordinary for a girl her age.

What do you think?  Can style be taught or must one be born with that certain flair?
