When a designer finds a way to take a somewhat masculine detail…and turn it ultra-feminine, I do a happy dance.

Imagine my glee when I found the following Oscar de la Renta blouse.
What could have been a ho-hum wardrobe basic gets a wow factor by being trimmed in tweed.
Add a little edge with a unique belt plus fun shoes and bag. Suddenly corporate-appropriate wear seems more appealing.
