Get Enough ZZZ’s

get enough sleep

Research at Stanford University found that when people slept only five hours a night, they had low levels of gherlin hormones that are involved in appetite regulation – compared to those who clocked eight hours of shut-eye per night. While proper levels of these hormones can help keep hunger and satiety in check, imbalances are likely to increase appetite and lead to weight gain, so make getting enough sleep a priority.
